Hi,

I hope the semester started well for all of you. This week we have the following informational notices for you:  

1. Friday, August 28, 2009 is the last day to register, add, or change full-semester class sections. Also last day to withdraw from full-semester classes with 100% tuition refund.
2. Workshops to assist students in their career decision-making process-see attached
3. Hawaii Paralegal Association’s Lunch-Hour Seminar on Paralegal Ethics with Robert LeClair and Kenneth Fukunaga, Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Please RSVP by September 4, 2009, to Sharon Miyagawa at 523-2606, as seating is limited-see attached
4. Secrets for Success workshops-visit http://library.kcc.hawaii.edu/SOS/schedule.html. Learn how to use Laulima, email 101, taking notes in college, time management, etc.
5. Visit "Study Guides & Strategies" (http://www.studygs.net/) for online helpful hints on time management, studying, working with others, netiquette, classroom discussions, etc.
