A Lunch-Hour Seminar on Computer Assisted Legal Research with Benjamin L. Carroll, III, Esq.
Mr. Carroll practiced trial and appellate law for thirty years and currently concentrates in mediation and arbitration. He teaches Legal
Research, Computer-Assisted Legal Research, Litigation, Advanced Litigation and Rights of the Disadvantaged at the Kapiolani Community College Legal Education Department. He also
teaches Negotiation at the Matsunaga Peace Institute. He served as Executive Director of the Neighborhood Justice Center for five years and taught the Mediation Clinic at UH Richardson School of Law. He received his BA and JD at the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
