Faculty: Use this handout to show students how to use Email via UH Web Mail in MyUH. Modify this handout to meet your particular course and student needs.

Email via UH Web Mail

Launch Internet Explorer Browser or other browser.
Go to KCC Website: https://mail.hawaii.edu

Login:

Enter UH Username
Enter UH Password
Hit ENTER or click Login

Compose and send your message

WHEN DONE, BE SURE TO LOGOUT!!

Forwarding Email to Another Address

To forward your @hawaii.edu email to another email address, you need to change your options.

While logged in to UH Web Mail, click on Options at the top.

Click on Settings.

At "Mail Forwarding" section (at bottom):

• Click on "Enable Forwarding"
• Type in email address you want your @hawaii.edu email to forward to. (i.e.. xxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com)
• You may or may not want to leave a copy on the UH server. If you check this box, you will not see your @hawaii.edu email via MyUH/MyTools/MyCourses.
• Click "Save Changes"

WHEN DONE, BE SURE TO LOGOUT!!
